About the method

Launched by Singapore’s Economic Development Board in 2017 and subsequently managed by INCIT, SIRI combines factory diagnosis, industry benchmarking and investment prioritization to support Industry 4.0 roadmaps.

Singapore, with adoption programmes in Saudi Arabia, Brazil and other countries.

INCIT’s 2025 report draws on thousands of manufacturers across more than 60 countries.

Singapore uses SIRI for manufacturing transformation diagnosis. Saudi Arabia promotes adoption through NIDLP, while Brazil’s SENAI incorporated it into Brasil Mais Produtivo consulting in 2024. The global figure describes the 2025 report’s coverage; programme targets and completed assessments are separate measures.
